Here's the shocking headline you won't hear anywhere...

Analysis of 19 studies involving over 77,000 participants indicates THIS ONE ACTION could cut COVID transmission by 96%

Before I explain, all credit goes to Georgi Boorman and her excellent analysis in The Federalist of a January 29 CDC report that revealed "nearly no transmission in schools" and "shocking data about asymptomatic spread." As Boorman notes, the CDC report strengthens the case that children are safe to return to school:

"In the 17 rural Wisconsin schools surveyed, only seven cases were linked to in-school transmission out of 4,876 pupils, and no staff members were infected at school during the study period."

Boorman then goes on to show that the CDC report let slip an even more important piece of evidence that totally undermines the entire mask-mandated shutdown regime which has stifled our economy, sent millions to the ranks of the unemployed and caused perhaps 100,000 or more shutdown-caused deaths.

Boorman digs a bit deeper into one of the data points mentioned by the CDC. Quoting the CDC report:

“Children might be more likely to be asymptomatic carriers of COVID-19 than are adults…This apparent lack of transmission [in schools] is consistent with recent research, which found an asymptomatic attack rate of only 0.7% within households."

As Boorman notes, the "recent research" actually indicates that there may be an enormous gap between symptomatic and asymptomatic "secondary attack rates." The CDC was drawing on a meta-analysis of 19 studies of "household secondary attack rate" involving 77,758 participants (not a small number). Here's the key point:

The meta-analysis revealed that symptomatic people had an 18% secondary attack rate (meaning, someone else got infected 18% of the time) while asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic people had only a .7% secondary attack rate.

According to this meta-analysis the risk of secondary infection from asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic people is nearly ZERO. Boorman then notes why this is so significant:

"The key, if not central, rationale for non-pharmaceutical interventions such as masking, distancing, and staying at home is allegedly significant transmission from people who don’t show symptoms. If the contagiousness of people without symptoms is not what drives the spread of SARS-COV-2, then no COVID restriction on public life besides staying home when you are clearly sick could be justified, considering the obvious negative consequences of these restrictions."

So how do I get to my shocking headline of "ONE ACTION that could cut COVID infection by 96%"?

By using the same statistical presentation being used by Pfizer and others to demonstrate 95% reduction in COVID from the jab.

Do the math...

If symptomatic people spread covid 18% of the time and asymptomatic people spread covid .7% of the time, then asymptomatic people are 96% less likely to transmit COVID!

If this study holds true, then we could have resolved 96% of this year-long covid crisis simply by telling people with SYMPTOMS to STAY HOME!
