
California representative, Henry Waxman, compared Republican legislators to terrorists, on Thursday.  Waxman is the top Democrat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. He’s also the co-author of the 2009 cap-and-trade climate change bill.
Waxman reportedly said that “they want to use legislation as a way to act like terrorists. They hold things as hostage,” He went on to exclaim: “We almost couldn’t fund the government because Republicans wanted to hold that idea hostage, we almost couldn’t pay our debts because the Republicans wanted to hold that legislation hostage to their extreme agenda, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they scuttled this conference by trying to hold us hostage.”
Waxman’s retort was in response to new legislation which was introduced by Rep. Lee Terry (R-Neb.) and seeks to “imposes narrow time constraints and creates automatic mandates that prevent an informed decision.â€Â  The legislation would make the final determination the responsiblity of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), instead of that of the State Department. In addition to that, the bill would allow FERC to issue a permit, while limiting its discretion to reject the Keystone project.
The House GOP leadership is considering attaching the bill to upcoming legislation which extends the payroll tax cut for the rest of the year.
Waxman opposes the Keystone pipeline proposal, despite  the tens of thousands of American jobs it would create and the fact that it would ease our dependence on oil from less than friendly nations. And, as Guy Benson, at Townhall.Com, points out it does have the support of many Democrats and labor unions. Moreover, it imposes no burden on taxpayers.

But several energy experts say the Keystone XL would be no different from an extensive network of energy pipelines already in place – and some say its state-of-the-art design would make it safer than many of the country’s aging pipelines.
“There’s no shortage of energy pipelines,†says Dan Kish, senior vice president for policy at the Institute for Energy Research. “This pipeline would be better than 1.9 million miles of pipeline already in the United States. It’s newer and has the best technology.â€
Kish said underground pipelines are the safest way to transport crude oil, though he acknowledged that “whenever you have any kind of human endeavor, you have potential problems and they do occur.â€
“We have tens of thousands of pipeline and I don’t think there’s any good evidence that pipelines are a significant impact on ecosystems to the point that they can’t adapt,†said Kenneth Green, resident scholar at The American Enterprise Institute .
Waxman is also of the opinion that the Koch brothers will benefit from the Keystone XL pipeline. But, according to Philip Ellender, president of Koch Companies Public Sector, “Koch Industries has no financial stake in the Keystone pipeline and we are not party to its design or construction.”  Warren Buffet, on the other hand, would benefit from its defeat.
The Obama administration is apparently willing to engage in talks with terrorists, but the Republicans Waxman is negotiating with are not terrorists.

Take a lesson in history
That’s the whole problem! We as a nation have turned our backs on GOD for our own selfish ways. This nation from reading history clearly shows it has never been perfect.
BUT, our laws reflect the fact that there was great effort, to build a moral nation.
There was the main grievous issue slavery. The founding fathers tried to circumvent the growth and eliminate it all together. But they know better, that it was wrong at that time and though that it would dissolve it’s self over time. It is clearly seen when The CONTINENTAL CONGRESS in, JULY 4, 1776 ratified at that time: which was know as,
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
We now know it as more commonly as The Declaration of Independence.
I have submitted the first two paragraph of it to refresh our memory of their words and thoughts. As stated:
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

But in the Constitution of United States’ even in the framing and ratification of it were against slavery and the 3/5 was only meant, to be used for the purpose for the slave states to get the head count for representation for their states in congress. But as usual there will be evil men in certain areas that abandoned what they know to be true and right. And as providence would have it, it brought this nation in to a Civil War.
Now providence is here again. Have we not read that GOD rules in the affairs of man. Daniel Chapter 4, note verses 30-37 We say it is ok to commit murder of the unborn whom God has formed in their mothers belly. Jeremiah 2:4-5. It is also ok to commit murder to satisfy our greed and attack others nations under known false pretences. Putting our solders and the civil citizen of other nations in harms way to appease the revenge and greed of our wicked leadership. As always it has been that filthy lucre price tags attached to it. There is many ill’s here in America and around the world. But the general attitude of mankind is we know best and the One that made all things does not. Isaiah Chapter 5, verses13-24, No nation is exempt, No not one!

Yes I do agree that we all BETTER LEARN TO TALK (fervently pray) TO GOD MORE OFTEN, and study his word, as we ought with a pure heart so he can truly teach us his ways. HE IS WAITING, for us all to get closer to him!
